Please use this form to submit non-emergency maintenance requests. For emergency maintenance requests or lockouts, please call (812) 334-8200.

Once a request has been received, we consider this our “notice” to perform the work and will not call before arriving. Our maintenance technician will usually respond to the service request within 24 hours and will leave a hang-tag in your apartment stating the work has been addressed.
